If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from us, return the merchandise, in its original condition and unopened, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund. Restocking fees of 20% may apply to stock orders. Contact Customer Service at before returning merchandise to ensure prompt and proper credit to your account. Returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package.

2. If you have visible damage to any portion of your order, you should refuse those boxes that are damaged. Look for crushed corners, wetness, and punctures.
